A blockboard panel is a light and resistant 5/7 layer panel composed of a blockboard core (usually poplar or fir) covered on two sides by one or more layers of veneer overlapping with parallel or crossed fibre.
In the outer layer we can find a sheet of longitudinal veneer with a nominal thickness of 6/10 of noble wood.

Among the veneers in stock, we find:

- Tanganyica
Use
The infinite possibilities given by the veneer, such as type of wood, quality, method of composition make the panel suitable for refined and valuable furnishings.

Blockboards with MDF
The blockboards with MDF or 5-layer panels consisting of a fir blockboard core covered with raw HDF exterior on both sides.

Uses
Suitable for doors and structures of large dimensions or which must bear considerable stresses (for example bookshelves shelves) destined for lacquering. Also used for false walls or subsequent refinements.

Pre-lacquered MDF Blockboard

Composition
Panel made up of a core of poplar or fir blockboard and exteriors in 3 mm thick white painted MDF.
Usage
It is used for high quality furnishings, where stability and resistance are required. It is a product suitable for subsequent lacquering with both solvent and water. Before being worked, it must be lightly sanded to allow the adhesion of the finishing products. The panel may have some small imperfections or a non-uniform and total colour coverage.
